ProjectDms is a document management system designed for the building industry. It deals with large files which are difficult to distribute through normal tracks such as post and email. Its key feature is alerting the right people at the right time. Its two key areas are tender processing and project change management.

Tender processing covers distributing tender documents, tender receipt’s from clients and receipt of uploaded tenders from the clients. Project change management stores all project related documents securely on line giving access to those who need to know and updates them to any changes to documents they have access to.
